One project per business, each with its own matrix, clients and services. Invite people to a project and they see it here too, alongside their own.
Add your first one to start mapping clients against services, month by month.
The grid puts every client against every service you offer, for one month. A ticked square is work that client bought that month; a blank one is work they haven't bought yet. Every month starts blank, and the job through the month is to fill in as many squares as you can — so the blanks are what the grid draws your eye to.
Clients are the rows, services are the columns, and both are yours to change at any time. Add a service the moment you start offering it and a fresh column of gaps appears across every client; rename one and every tick it holds stays put.
Everyone shares one login, so instead of guessing, each tick records the name of whoever made it and the date. Click any ticked square to see it. It's there for the moment in a meeting when someone asks "are we sure we've done that for them?".
Nothing is thrown away when the month turns. The figures on these cards are for the month in progress, and the arrows on a matrix step back through every month you've recorded — which is what lets the grid tell you who bought more last month than they have so far in this one.
Removing a project also removes its clients, services, people and every tick recorded on it, in every month. There's no undo.
